Title IV Fraud

Fraud involving federal student financial aid programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act, including grants, loans, and work-study assistance. Title IV fraud occurs when individuals or organizations intentionally obtain, misuse, or administer these funds through deception, misrepresentation, identity theft, or other fraudulent activity.
